We gather information through the trading platform, your conversations with our authorised staff, surveys and feedback, trusted third parties and other channels where needed.

Personal data is any information that identifies you, such as your full name, gender, address, age, phone number, email address, financial and asset statements, bank details, identity documents, passport and utility bills.
Identity checks (KYC and AML)
We need this information to confirm who you are and to meet anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) rules. It is required when you open an account and make your first deposit.
We may accept verbal and documentary evidence and may ask for more when needed. Accepted documents include utility bills, payment cards, national ID cards, passports, financial and asset statements, and bank statements.

We apply strict security standards to protect your information. Only you, Klarwerk Pro and authorised staff can access it, and we may store and process it on our own servers or other secure storage.
We cannot be held responsible for theft, misuse, fraud or hacking beyond our reasonable control. Please tell us whenever your details change.
Mobile app
This policy also applies to the Klarwerk Pro mobile app, which gives you convenient access to the trading platform.
App permissions
Depending on your device, the app may ask for permission to:
- install on your device
- access storage
- access media
- use the microphone
- access contacts
- connect to the internet
Installing the app is optional. You can trade from the web platform instead, or remove the app at any time.
